In her personal life, Louise studied horses in nature from the age of 5 years old growing up in rural countryside with herds of wild horses. Over the years she founded The Barn Sessions as a leasing program for clients to engage in the spirit of Old European holistic horse classical dressage & heal in nature. It is the firm perspective of The Barn Sessions that horses are not ‘sporting equipment’ but rather spiritual beings to aid in uncovering our true innermost innate nature that lives through the senses unhindered unmodified unimpeded from thoughts, in the awareness of consciousness that is our true home.
Founded on evidence base for the use of horses in medicine, The Barn Sessions is a somatic therapy nature based clinic that rescues horses and rehabilitates them alongside humans. Implementing sympathetic resonance and attunement science The Barn Sessions allow the individual to heal old pain and rehabilitate fight and flight response in a way that does not confront the ego like traditional medicine therapies.
